3tc Solutions Limited is committed to making this web site accessible. To this end all pages have been validated by the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Markup Validation Service as XHTML 1.0 Transitional. This means they are interoperable and capable of working seamlessly with other technologies, a number of which are designed to make web pages as accessible to as wide an audience of possible.
One such technology is Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), that are used to describe web pages presentational effects, separating these wherever possible from the pages actual content. To this end the site uses style sheets that have been successfully validated by the W3C CSS Validation Service.
Where appropriate links have title attributes that describe them in greater detail and are written to make sense out of context for user agents such as screen readers.
Link text is never duplicated; two links with the same link text always point to the same address. The site does not contain any JavaScript pseudo-links and no links open new windows without warning.
All images include descriptive ALT attributes
A liquid layout design has been used, that allows pages to expand and contract to fit the browser window.
